The Link Plus Service promotes good quality care and inclusive activities for young people, supporting families of disabled young people by enabling parents to take a regular break from their caring responsibilities. For a limited number of disabled children and young people, we provide full-time care.
The purpose of this Administration Support Volunteer role is to support the Link Plus team, assisting with adminstrative duties to enable service delivery to families of disabled young people.
To provide administrative support to the team by creating newsletters, updating policies and leaflets, and assisting general office support.
Other key activities involve the promotion of services, recruitment of carers and collating feedback from service users.
Volunteers may assist in planning and facilitating events for service users.
