FAMILY FRIENDS offer help and support to local families who are feeling isolated or alone. All of us have tough times in life, but for some people there is no one around to turn to for support or encouragement. Could you spare an hour or so a week to bring hope and belonging to family that is struggling right now? Volunteers needed in Worthing and Adur areas.

We are looking for people who are willing to work alongside families in a number of different ways. This could mean supporting with childcare, supporting parents with practical things like budgeting and parenting tips or just being a listening ear. We also try to help families to connect with the wider community so that their support network grows.
