When do I need to be available?

Details In order to learn the tasks and procedures of a role like this, settle in to the team and manage the number of enquiries coming in we ask for a commitment of around 4-6 hrs per week, ideally on a Tuesday or Wednesday for a minimum of 6 months. We try to be as flexible as possible to match volunteers’ availability but it is also important that our service is supported across the week and we therefore try to fill slots according to where the gaps are. NB: Initial flexibility around days is very helpful as you are trained in your role by other staff and volunteers
